The Three Freestyle Technique Styles
Whenever we run training courses for swimmers, one thing we cover may be the various kinds of freestyle to better understand how to swim faster.
You will know not everybody has swims with similar style or rhythm in freestyle. There’s many different ways to go swimming adding in a freestyle technique, and then any coach that attempts to tell you just how there's just one is incorrect.
